Steel structure integrated fiber turntable filter
Equipment composition
The equipment consists of steel structure box, filter disc (turntable), anti-suction mechanism, central cylinder, transmission mechanism, electrical control, pump valve and pipeline, etc.:
1. Filter disc: a circle consists of six fan frames, each fan filter disc is attached with a filter cloth, which can filter out the dregs in the water. Reasonable structure makes the filter cloth disassembly and installation very convenient.
2. Suction mechanism: It is composed of suction box, pipeline, and bracket parts of suction box. It is used for back suction and flushing of filter disc and filter cloth.
3. Central cylinder: the water to be treated (or reclaimed water) is injected into the effluent collection area through a hollow tube after treatment, and the hollow tube can transport the treated water and rotate to drive the filter cloth filter disc to rotate for reverse suction.
4. Rotating mechanism: It is composed of a reducer, a sprocket chain, and is used to drive the center tube and the filter disc to rotate.
5. Electrical system: It is composed of electric control box, PLC, liquid level float and other electronic control components. It is used for backwashing and sludge discharge. The operation is automated, and the backwashing running time, interval time and sludge discharge time can be adjusted.
6. Pump valve and pipeline: composed of self-priming pump, pipeline and electric valve, used for reverse suction and sludge discharge.
Working principle
1. Filter
The gravity flow of sewage enters the filter tank, and the filter tank is provided with a water distribution weir. The filter cloth is fully submerged, the sewage enters through the outside of the filter surface, the filtrate is collected through the hollow tube, and the gravity flow is discharged from the filter tank through the outlet weir. The whole process is continuous.
2. Cleaning
During the filtration, part of the sludge is adsorbed on the outside of the filter cloth and gradually forms a sludge layer. With the accumulation of sludge on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the water level of the filter tank gradually rises. The change of the liquid level in the tank is monitored by a pressure sensor. When the liquid level in the pool reaches the cleaning set value (high water level), the PLC can start the reverse suction pump to start the cleaning process. During cleaning, the filter tank can filter continuously.
During filtration, the filter turntable is in a static state, which is conducive to the sedimentation of sludge at the bottom of the pool. During cleaning, the filter carousel was rotated at a speed of 1 rev/2 min. The suction pump sucks the surface of the filter cloth under negative pressure, and removes the accumulated sludge particles on the filter cloth. The instantaneous flushing area is only about 1% of the full filter turntable area. Backwash filtration is intermittent.
During cleaning, multiple filter discs are grouped together, and controlled by the automatic switching of the electric valve on the suction pump pipeline, the cleaning of each group in a complete cleaning process of the fiber turntable filter tank is carried out alternately, during which the suction pump works continuously. . When the quality of the influent water suddenly deteriorates, the liquid level in the pool rises rapidly to the backwashing level. All backwashing pumps are activated at the same time during cleaning, and several groups of filter turntables can be backwashed at the same time until the backwashing cycle returns to normal.
3. Mud discharge system
There is a bucket bottom under the filter turntable of the fiber turntable filter tank to facilitate the collection of sludge at the bottom of the pool. The sedimentation at the bottom of the sludge tank reduces the amount of sludge on the filter cloth, which can prolong the filtration time and reduce the amount of backwashing water. After a set period of time, the PLC starts the sludge discharge pump, and returns the sludge to the plant drainage system through the perforated sludge discharge pipe at the bottom of the pool. Among them, the interval time of sludge discharge and the duration of sludge discharge can be adjusted.
