Snail dehydrator
The screw-type sludge dewatering machine is widely used in the treatment of municipal sewage.
working principle
1. The sludge is transported to the flocculation mixing device through the mud feeding pump, and the polymer flocculant is injected into the flocculation mixing tank, and the alum is formed after the reaction between the agitated sludge and the polymer flocculant.
2. The sludge after the formation of alum flowers is concentrated by the gravity of the concentrating part of the main body of the stacking snail and then enters the dehydration part.
3. The pitch of the screw shaft of the dewatering part becomes gradually smaller along the direction of the mud cake discharge port, because the compression of the back pressure plate increases the internal pressure in the main body to achieve the purpose of dehydration. After dehydration, it is discharged in the form of mud cake.
4. It can be judged whether the foundation needs to be built and the height of the foundation according to the actual height of the equipment that undertakes the mud cake. Because the dehydrator does not vibrate during operation, there is no need to pre-embed screws. After the goods arrive at the site, they can be fixed with puffed screws.
5. The sewage outlet of the mixing tank is closed when the dehydrator is running, and it is opened only when the mixing tank is cleaned, and the pipeline is connected to the sludge tank.
6. The electric control cabinet on this dehydrator has a built-in control system of a dosing pump and a sludge conveying pump. Please refer to the circuit diagram for wiring.
